The "Wrinklies"

Introduction

"Wrinklies" is our own rather tongue in cheek name for the older Citizens, Pensioners and day time fliers who only come out to play when the weather is optimum, no wind and sunshine. There has to be some sunshine to warm up the old bones and get the muscles working.

Relaxation, "Floaters", "Trainers","Soarers", slow speed gyrations, chairs, lunch and sun cream are the order of the day - it's a different world from Tuesday and Sunday flying meets. You've heard of "Waynes World" - this is "Wrinklies World".
